Is XMR Labs custodial?
No. Wallet files and keys are managed on your device. XMR Labs does not hold your XMR or provide account recovery.
Where are my keys stored?
The native Monero wallet core stores the wallet file encrypted locally. App credentials are kept through Android protected storage. Keep your recovery seed backed up separately.
What does the node see?
The selected node receives the network requests required for blockchain synchronization and transaction submission. The node operator can technically see the connection IP and timing.
How does node selection work?
The app measures reachable nodes and uses the measured latency to choose the fastest available endpoint. The selected node is then used for synchronization until a reconnect is actually required.
How do I delete a wallet?
Use the wallet controls in the app. Before removing local data, verify that you have safely backed up the recovery seed.
